logic analyzer buffors

I want to make input circuit for my logic analyzer and i don't know what kind a buffers i should use. I think that 74LVC245 is good choise but in other la projects i saw buffors from series LS,HC, HCT or LS...
 

I have used ACT 245 because high impedance, no impedance on target circuit .
