Local group policy editor

hi sir/ma'am

just want to ask how to restrict each computer that a user will not access local group policy editor, local security policy, control panel, registry, and drives, only an admin from a remote computer can manage and configure each PC. other than GPedit,msc is there any third party software restrict user in configuring their PC?
