Hello, I am a new member, and I am starting to use ADS. I need to get the Zrf and Zlo diodes for an SHM mixer. This schematic from a colleague allows me to obtain these impedances through equations that cover all the Smith charts and get the best Conversion Loss. My problem is that when I go to do the Hb analysis with this impedance in other schematics to sweep RF or LO, the impedance is not the same in any case, so the impedance from the load-pull schematic doesn't allow us to obtain the best CL. All this is with a small signal S parameters Box, with the data of VDI Diodes that I have the S-parameters in all these frequencies. I want to verify these impedance results with other load pull schematics, like from this picture using the ADS circulator, but I am unsure how to do that. Could somebody help me understand that or share with me some papers where they explain this better?
