Hello all,
We are controlling the 350 watt BLDC motor using IR2110.
We observed that after running the Motor at consatnt load current for 5 to 10 minutes.
Load current increases gradually and some time it damage the components.
Is it problem of Heat transfer of mosfets or some thing else ?
Please suggest.
