Dear all,
i am having ic 741 and lm 324 and want to made load cell to 0 to 10v converter circuit please help
 

you have a load cell?
you want to amplify the signal coming from the load cell?

you need to give much more information;

impedance of load cell and its voltage range, how quickly will the signal change
supply voltages
