Hi all,
I have an MCU that has output voltage 3.3V with 100kHz, and I want to amplify to 5V with 100KHz also.
For this, I used lm318 and configured it as shown below:

But, the lm318 gives me output of 3.6V-4.8V and not as is should to give: 0-4.8V ?
Why?

And to reach 0V at the output you need to give it a negative supply as well as the positive one.

Might be simpler to use a single transistor and pull it's collector/drain up to 5V through a load resistor.

LM318 has a minimum specified supply voltage of +/- 5 V. It's not suited for single supply operation. Please review datasheet specifications of input and output voltage range.
