Hi,
I have a schem with a LM193 (open drain) with a 4u7 directly on its output.....its charged up to 12V (the rail), via a 12k.
When the LM193 output transistor turns ON, it obviously suddenly drains this cap.
Do you think this will do damage to the LM193?

I suspect not?...because VOL=1.5V and IOL = 20mA...therefore, output resistance is 70R?
