Hello,

We do isolated LLC LED Driver.

Vin = 400VDC (230VAC Mains PFC stage output voltage)

I(out) = LED current = 1Amp....this can be analog dimmed down to 100mA.

We do NOT have any primary current sensing whatsoever in the LLC primary side.

...Is this OK?

-Is it possible to do an LLC converter without any kind of primary overcurrent detection facility?

No it is not reccommended, as, if you short the output large currents will flow in the mosfets and diodes, some sort of current limiting is reccommended, Regards, Orson Cart.
