I'd like to see what are the new devices added to MPlab
when they released v8.92 ?
I mean what are the new devices against v8.9 ?

While you may get such a list, please be aware that MPLAB 8.92 was released in 2013 and was the last version to be released.
I'm guessing form the fact you are asking this question that you have a new-ish MCU and want to see if it will be supported.
I would recommend that you move to the MPLAB-X which is maintained and does support all newly released MCUs.
