Has anyone out there built their own LISN / AMN for simple precompliance testing purposes?

I would like to find out if there is a simple circuit I can use to interface with my CRO (
Tektronix TDS2012) and use its FFT function to do simple scans over the 100k - 1Mhz range.

I was considering constructing a circuit similar to the one in Tim Williams EMC for Product Designers book (make 2 circuit - 1 for each phase and neutral).

Do you think this approach would work?

cheers,
