Linux and error out of memory

Hi,I am newer in Linux.I use Linux to conect at serever and use Design_vision software.
when I run code ,after 2 hours the program is disconnected and the error out of memory is occured.
my RAM is 3.9 G and dont use swap

The tool has just run out of memory:

Memory allocated = 2812 MB, Request size = 49152 bytes.
Release = 'X-2005.09-SP2' Architecture = 'linux' Program = 'dc_shell' "

(and just 11% RAM is used)
