I am working on a matching and rectifier circuit for RF energy harvesting. I am using LinCalc option to get the trace`s width to be used in my rectifier circuit. I have done the matching with Transmission lines. So I get the same width of traces as I got for the transmission lines in matching circuit by using impedance 50 Ohms. As the know the width only varies by changing the impedance.

the trace`s width to be used in my rectifier circuit.
Just to avoid misunderstand: you should use this trace between the antenna (or coax connector) and the circuit input. There is no need to do the internal routing between SMD elements INSIDE your rectifier circuit with this 50 Ohm line width.

So what should be the trace`s width for joining the circuit components like capacitors and diodes?

Keep everything small, short routing, that is priority. The line width can be small, within manufacturing rules. Something like 0.2mm will work, but use whatever makes sense for routing the layout with short path length.

Yes, the routing inside the circuit is not done using 50 Ohm line width because
(a) the nodes inside the circuit do not have 50 Ohm impedance and
(b) line width is not important if the line length is very short compared to wavelength.
