guys...

can you give me tips on integrating Linear REGs and DCDC converter
in a single chip?
Circuit Design...Layout techniques...anything...would be greatly appreciated.

Pls refer to UC3842/3/4,MC34063,etc. These IC is designed for DC-DC, and they include a reference that is linear regulator.

u can use 3524 and 3526 switch mode REG
