Linear power supply with low ripple

Hello,

I would like to build a power supply, with regulation 0-5V (or 10) and with 0-3A. It should have almost no ripple (under 1%).
Can you help me how to design it? Or does anybody have some adequate diagram?

For filtering, at the output, use large filter capacitors in parallel with small decoupling/bypass capacitors.

For regulation, you can use LM350.
