hi
i want to build linear power amplifier with 30db power gain an maximum input 0dbm, input and output impedance is 50 ohm.
plz help me.
 

You haven't specify frequency range at which you are going to use this amplifier.
So as an example of linear RF amplifier I have provided a link to a linear amplifier designed for 175MHz and 10dB gain. To achieve more gain you will just simply cascade 2 or 3 stages of the same amplifier using transistors rated for higher powers.

sorry
for tv application in vhf-iii band (175-230MHz)
PA's for cdma or mobile application is nonliear.
in the tv transmitter the linearity of amplifier is very important.
