Dear all!

Please help me with finding a properly explained method of linear array antenna synthesis by a given pattern. In all books i checked before only cases of a side-lobe decreasing were discussed, but just a smattering about beam-shaped synthesis. I got one article, it is in russian; from Радиотехника свервысоких частот, originally this article come from: Synthesis of power radiation patterns for linear array antennas, Milne K., "IEE Proc.", 1987, H134, No3, 285-296 there is a modified procedure of synthesis with increased degrees of freedom from N to 2N-1... I did all in this article except one thing: can not find excitation coefficients and then array factor.
Soon i have to submit my diploma project but there are no results at all, even at small... :(

SOS! SOS! SOS!
Please help me, who can

Regards,
bakha
