Maybe I miss the zone but...
I have a big problem with my ethernet network, I use outdoor ethernet cable length 100 m, several time (twice in one week) after thunder I have burned equipment. Becouse profy lightning protection is over 100 USD, can somebody share with me some sch or example to solve this problem?

The only real fix for this is to convert to fiber or wireless. Fiber being by far the most secure and reliable.

A temporary solution is to disconnect the cable from your equipment when you are not using ethernet.

Also do not use ethernet when there is a storm that could cause lightning. This is a matter of your personal safety just like not using the wired telephone during such storms.

If there is no physical damage to the insulatro around the cable, you may take a chance of covering the cable by a conductor like aluminum foil ang connecting it to ground. Or some similar approach to provide protection. Your description indicates no huge power dissipation type of damage so the suggestion.

Connect gas discharge tubes between each of wires in the ethernet cable (including shield) and earth ground. I saw such approach in a semi-professional lightning protector for radio antenna.

There is a strong possibility that the lightning is not hitting the cable, but is causing a difference in the ground potentials between the two end systems sufficient to damage the equipment. Its a well-known effect.

And, I second the idea of fiber optics. Not very expensive any more, many commercial sources of ethernet <> fiber. Solves the whole problem, permanently and totally.

I wonder if other methods of galvanic isolation can be applied here. For example, all ethernet lines could have isolation transformers. (I haven't seen this type of arrangement. Just hypothesizing.)
