I am having an issue with keeping wire connected to header blocks when transporting devices. I do not want to permanently connect the wire to the header. I might want to change it at some time. So can anyone recommend an adhesive that will help keep plastic, Dupont wires connected to a header block?

Tape? Silicone? You can’t bond the wire to the pin, so you’ll have to bond the insulation to the board or header substrate.

Might look more at strain reliefs strategically placed.
I have seen foam-tape-backed blocks with loops
for cable ties, etc. The wire is unlikely to come off
by itself, if you control the strain, maybe that is
enough (and cable ties are easily removed &
replaced, glue less so).

I am using tape now. Hmm... silicone is a good idea. just one little dab would probably hold it just fine. Thanks!
