library for rf simulation

I use Virtuoso 5.0. I have just loss model libraries for rf simulation.Plz, Can anyone up these model libraries for me?
include:
rfModels.scs for rf simulation
model libraries for simulation spiral inductor (example: spIndRect.scs )
model libraries for part in analogLib
