LG 21 inch TV Problem

lg tv problems

After switching on my LG TV yellow, red, violet, green colours are coming layer by layer for around 20 to 30 mins, then picture comes.

What may be the problem, please suggest.
 

21 inch tv

can you see the picture under like shadow? then i think due to moisture.
