What's your particular question? The error message is correct for the shown net list.

You didn't tell where the net list comes from, so we can just say, it has to be corrected. If it's an automatical generated net list from a circuit schematic, you would want to locate the floating terminals of R11 and R23 and fix the problem.

FvM is correct. It's difficult to suggest a solution based on netlist. Look for R11 & R23 connections. It seems that you have connected a port to this Resistance and which may appear hanging in netlist. This is just a guess based on netlist. Check for VC3 & VC5 nets and see if they are connected with real devices at both end.

You need to replace TLO82 opamp from ../tools/capture/library/PSpice/opamp.olb. The current symbol for TL082 used in schematic does not have simulation model and hence they are getting ignored.
I also appears that you are using Lite version and you may not get this library in Lite version. if that the case you may want to replace this with appropriate opamp device available with PSpice Lite from eval.olb.
