HI,
I have connected 20 leds positive terminal to 24VDC and left negative terminal open, so that when I make ground of specific led it sholud turn ON.
The problem is when i want to turn On all led,They turn On but turns off for 1sec and again turns On.A kind of reset is happening..PLEASE HELP...

What power source are you using for 24 V power power supply?
Looks like deficiency of required current in the source.

Instead of directly connecting the LEDs to the Power supply, connect them through a series resistor.
No, this is not to solve your problem, but will protect the LEDs.

Cheers!

i think it's surge current and so that your leds damaged. sorry.my english bad

if connect more leds suitable with power supply the needn't use resistor.
