can anyone help me out in determining and identifying different shades of white led(cool white, dull white ,and white) through any sensors or circuit, photodiode, phototransistors are not the solution i need . thanks

Color sensors, e.g. from TAOSINC/AMS can easily do it

do you think we can make such circuit with simple photodiode ? like if i wanna go for designing a circuit for such accuracy ,will that be possible to detect different shades of white?

I think their is no such sensor/circuit which give shade

thanks bro

LED color temperature (warm/cold) can be identified by the ratio of blue and red spectral components. You'll need at least two photodiodes and optical filters.
