Hello,

I do LED driver from PFC bus.

Vin = 400V
Vled string = ~100V
Iled = 0.5A
Need trafo isolation from mains

(one long led string)

Do you think this is more efficiently done with........

1. LLC LED driver?
2. Dual phase interleaved flybacks?

LLC will certainly be easier with regard to EMC compliance, and you could use 2 x 500V fets in a half bridge and 150V diodes (schottkies), the flybacks will need HV mosfets and higher voltage diodes which nay give rise to lower efficiency, Regards, Orson Cart.
