Leadframe for SOT23-6 and SOIC8

I need a picture/drawing of the SOT23-6 and SOIC8 leadframe, but it's difficult to find it.

I found this picture

but i am not sure about dimensions.

Whithout this information i am not sure in possibility of packaging my design

Perhaps this Atmel document may be helpful, at least for an estimation. I think your die fits well into it.
