Hi, all

I installed LDV 5.0, it starts to run, seems license is OK.

But when I compile verilog file, it gives me an error: can't find ncvlog.exe.

Sounds my path in W2K not proper set, anyone knows how to setup path for it.

Many thanks.

Have you set CDS_ROOT?

no, is it for W2K?

Maybe you should set Enviroment Variable CDSROOT to the install directory of LDV. and set CHDL_LIB_INST_DIR to %CDSROOT%.
Try it,good luck.

indeed, the program ncverilog is not a binary, you can open the script and see what happens to you. maybe you miss the CDS_ROOT variable, maybe just the path in you ncverilog to ncvlog.exe is not correct. Please check it and I think you will find the correct answer.
