LCD Whistles while Vee is not connected

LCD Whistles while Vee is not connected or is GND

Hello ,

i am using a graphic lcd (AGM1264F) in my Board , but something strange happens when i disconnect Vee Pin or when i connect this pin to GND , LCD Starts Whistling and plays strange noise :lol: 8-O :-?!! i wanted to know if someone has an idea ?
