I have lcd 16*2 doesn't show characters clearly. to see it i have to look from sharp angle, i can't see characters when i look perpendicular. what is the problem?
Vcc=4.3v
Not sure if the display is designed to work with 4.3V single supply. The data sheet should tell. In any case, the circuit lacks a means to adjust Vee for best contrast.
The voltage of a LCD is critical if the 5V is down by only a few hundred milivolts can result in no display or very bad contrast on most displays. If you increase the supply voltage you will need a contrast control.
