LC VCO layout advice
Hi all,
i just designed LC VCO at 1.8G using tsmc13 technology using cadence tools and i want to start its layout and i don't know from where to start ,
if any one could suggest me any tutorial or reference that guide me to do it's layout i would be thankful .
Note : i only have cadence tools.
