There is a user kit board for eval, take a look at it.ys manual and how they layed
it out. Pay particular attention to how they did power supply bypassing, which
is crucial in a fast Op[Amp such as this.
Also consider contacting Analog Devices to see if they have bypass cap recommendations
and other layout info. Who knows they may have done eval board in Altium or a com-
patible CAD program.
This part has a very complex transfer function plot, in terms of poles, and achieving stability
is a talent and an art in terms of bypassing and layout.
Bypassing recommendations, choose this .1 uF ceramic very carefully, in terms of high frequency
performance. In fact you may want to double up with a .001 or .01, also selected carefully.
