here is my layout, if you rename the 2nd attached file try1(2).pdf to try1.brd you can see it in eagle.

It would be useful if you also posted the schematic file so the integrity could be checked.

The layout shows no important errors, although personally I would move the tracks from C2 to R2 further apart. Ditto the ones between FAN1 & FAN2.

hi keith, thanks for replay, i have change few things. here is the new sch and brd, will you let me know what you think, thanks

I will certainly have a look but I am not near my computer at the moment so there will be a delay (I am using my mobile at the moment).

I still think your tracks are closer than they should be. With so much space you may as well space them better. I have modified it to show what I mean.

Your schematic is a bit of a jumble around the power connector. Run the ERC and you will see few errors with overlapping pins. It is also very difficult to work out what is connected and what isn't when you pile so many parts on top of one another.

i know what you mean, thanks. i am just stragling with those drill hole. they r realy tiny. i need atleast 1 mm, but dont know how to make all of them 1 mm. thanks anyway for help.

You really need to change the drills in the library, not the PCB. I think you can change them "in bulk" but you would need to be careful doing that. I would suggest you just edit the parts you need to change. In the library editor, open the "package" and select "change drill" from the left hand spanner menu.
