How to block multicast network ip in layer 3 switch?

For example, One switch having two multicast networks 234.0.0.0/28, 235.0.0.0/28. second switch(layer 3 switch) is connected to firsh switch(link is trunk connection), then multilayer switch will allow only network(234.0.0.0/28) through first four ports.

Any one tell me, how to make this scenario?
