Large scale programming of FLASH and CPLDS.

Hello,

I iwsh to know how is the programming of FLASH and CPLD's are done for large volume quantities.
Is that also done thru In system programming or can we ask the device vendor
for giving us preprogrammed devices or is there any other rapid method of programming them.
