Lan 91c111 ic pinging problem

I have designed a board using altera- startix 2 FPGA, HALO Transformer no TG110-S050N2 AND LAN91C111 IC. When it is connected to PC,it shows to be connected but it is not pinging.

Kindly Resolve my issue.
