i have a slot line antenna. Can anyone tell me how to extract its distributed components L and C??
.... or i need to know how to circuit model that using L and C.?
 

did you find your answer ? I also want to make an equivalent circuit model of an annular ring slot antenna, from where should i start ?

You need to start with a circuit model, then the S, Y parameters can help you calculate the circuit components, based on the fit of which you can modify your circuit for a better fit.
