KS0127B (S5D0127x01) Apllication

Who have a KS0127B Apllication Sheet?
I am first try this device. I want to know a apllication circuit and component layout.
My first design sample is designed by referance circuit in KS0127B datasheet.
But sometime this device is dead or internal register erasing at power on
and off. I think that this device have anythig important at circuit design
and PCB Layout , external components. Who have a experience for
this video IC, request Thechnical supports please.

The referance circuit in KS0127B datasheet works properly.
The register should be writed into though I2C BUS at power on, the chip can not remember the content when it power off.
