hii i am sharing knight rider led chaser circuit i will soon update the post after i complete the pcb layout.

i know something about these type of circuit using 555 & 4017 ,and few resistor,capicator.in this cricuit led lit one after one. i am using all output of 4017. it means one led lit up at time remaing 9 led are off.

Microcontroller based chasers are way better than 4017 based.For me they are At least.
 

yeah its better but this circuit is for beginners who want to put these kind of chasers on to a bike or car.....
 

Yeah totally agreed. Did not want to discourage any one.Just mentioned it for reference.I even made my first one few years back with almost identical design and later with a Mcu and compared their performance.
