kn kp calculation for the data

hi everyone,
i am in bit difficulty, my data is
toxnm = 4.08e-09 LMIN = '1.2E-06, WMIN = '1.01E-05
+U0 = 0.03449046
K' (Uo*Cox/2)
E0=8.85E-18 F/um
i am getting the value as 3.4222e-006

while the given values are
171.9 -36.5 uA/V^2
so please help me why i am getting such variations in my calculations.
 

Low field transconductance factor Ko = Uo*Cox

Low field mobility Uo = 0.03449046 m²/Vs = 34.49e09 (µm)²/Vs

Gate-oxide capacitance Cox = εo*ε(SiO2)/tox = (8.85e-18 F/µm * 3.9) / 4.08e-09 m = 8.46e-03 F/m² = 8.46 fF/(µm)²

Ko = Uo*Cox = 34.49e09 (µm)²/Vs * 8.46 fF/(µm)² = 292e-06 F/Vs = 292 µA/V²

If you use K' = (Uo*Cox/2) then K' = Ko/2 = 146 µA/V²
