Kickback noise impact on latched comparator

Hi all,

Among the parameters of the comparator, there are offset and kickback noise.

Does anyone knows which of those errors affect more the resolution of comparator ?

We know that by definition, the resolution is fixed when the comparator can detect a difference of +/- 1LSB.
