i am using the keithley 2400 source meter as a voltage source for testing my design. It gives problems wheen I try to a current switch in 1 us with pulses of frequencies above 5KHz. The problem doesn't come when i use some other instrument. Can anyone tell me if there is some limitation with Keithley's transient response?
