Its best to use a watch battery li ion then the liquid because the liquid is very flammable
It can be kept powered using a 20ma hand crank like this:

All you need is s small motor and thermistor on a coin lithium rechargeable battery to prove this

All thats needed is to put the coin battery on a heat pipe and the heat can be sent a further distance
We dont have temperature control switches where i live
We need this device
