jkeys definition for LH28F160BJE-TTL90?

jkeys definition

hi, i need help in making a jkeys definition for LH28F160BJE-TTL90 sharp and the processor is STi5518DQC. Here is the datasheet for the tsop:

The manufacturer and device codes are given on pg 14 of the datasheet. I don't know which format jkeys def'n file follows and what address locations are required. If someone can post the jkeys def'n standard, that would be great help.

Thanks for the help, but jkeys gives the same error when flash programming is selected:
Manufacturer Device codes not recognized by jkeys. Mfg/Device code B0/E8(JEDEC).

The only closest definition is LH28F800BVE, in the above definition file. This definition is for some 8Mbit chip, while I need 16MBit chip file.
