Jitter Measurement(Time Interval Error) - Algorithm

Is there any Matlab code available for Jitter measurement. My input will be only the waveform with some jitter(Data from a scope) and with this I want to find the Jitter (Time Interval Error). Please refer me if there is any powerful algorithm for this function.

Does this work ? Are you trying to measure clock jitter/Phase jitter.....?

Hi,

I referred to this link already but it is slightly diferent from my requirement. I dont have any clock reference, my only input is a waveform data and with this information I need to find the Jitter.
