It is a J023 of own construction. The housing was made of plexiglass, which was processed in carpentry machines like normal wood.

Then glass of old window was accurately cleaned and cut. Mirror was also cut.

The PCB was cut and adapted after assembly of the housing, so all the elements can be soldered in order to limit the number of cables. When you design the PCBs, remember that the elements should be placed in lines because of the transparent housing. Paths should be painted, then etched and drilled. Then paths were painted with paint for glass, dried and cleaned. Four 5W resistors were used to clamp the mirror.

After five hours of operation, the housing is slightly warm over the lamp and two resistors close to the safety fuse.

Elements used:
  • lamp
  • transformer
  • potentiometer
  • knob
  • 5W resistor x6
