ITO Energy Band simulation in Silvaco

Hey guys,

I'm now doing a device simulation, and its electrode is ITO. However, when I bias voltage on it, its con. band & val. band fixes at 0 eV. I also try some example embedded in Silvaco, the band still fix at 0V. Does sb. know how to solve this problem?
