I AM LOOKING TO BUY MINICIRCUITS COMPONENTS ,i have them datasheets but i haven't any information if these components in itar or no itar

On the product pages there ought to be statements
about it. If not on the datasheets, at least on the
online ordering pages or product-family summaries.

Easy way is, place an order and tell them the country of
destination. They will have to go through the hoops and
will let you know if it can't be shipped, or what sort of
paperwork you need to supply and how long you'll wait
for it to clear.
