It does not work one of the channels of power "BST PSM 2/5A"

Hello Friends. I recently purchased through ebay a power supply of the brand BST ref. "PSM 2/5A" already used. The problem I have is that it does not work open a channel and saw that I had a loose connector but will not let me connect and regulate the voltage or the channel that works well.
