a LC-VCO with a MIM varactor to control the output frequence.
In order to make the VCO oscillate, give a pluse about 0.9V to the control voltage as an initail condition.
Observate the control voltage vs time,i could find that the control voltage is getting higher and higher conpared to 0.9V,why ?? please....In a hurry! THX
