I developed a robust H-bridge motor driver for brushed DC motors, leveraging two IR2104 half-bridge drivers, four powerful IRF3205 MOSFETs for high current handling, and a digital isolation chip to ensure electrical safety and noise immunity. This design offers precise bidirectional motor control with high efficiency, making it suitable for demanding applications. The implementation emphasizes reliability, scalability, and seamless integration into existing control systems, showcasing an optimized approach to DC motor driving solutions.
