cortex m3 wiggler

Hi

Is Wiggler compatible with Cortex M3?
I need to build wiggler to debug my STM32 design, is wiggler capable of doing so?
I am using Keil uVision 3 evaluation version, do I eed to use any other SW to support the Wiggler from Keil?
